How Quick Add Links Work

When you are at an outreach event, church service, or street evangelism session, you can create a Quick Add Link in seconds. Anyone who scans the QR code or taps the link sees a simple form where they enter their name and contact details. Their submission lands directly in your Evangelism Bible contacts list as a new contact in the New Contact pipeline phase — ready for follow-up.

No app required for the recipient. The form opens in any web browser on any device. Only you need the Evangelism Bible app to create and manage your Quick Add Links.

Creating a Quick Add Link

  1. Open the app and go to Contacts
    Tap the Quick Add Links option in the Contacts tab or find it in the Evangelize tab.
  2. Tap "Create New Link"
    Give the link a name — for example, the event name or date. A unique URL and QR code are generated instantly.
  3. Share it
    Display the QR code on a printed flyer or projected screen, or send the URL by text or email. Anyone who submits the form is automatically added to your contact list.
  4. Follow up
    New contacts appear in your Evangelism Bible contacts list immediately. You can begin logging interactions and moving them through your discipleship pipeline right away.

Common Uses

Team plan: When used inside a ministry organization, new contacts from Quick Add Links go into the shared team contact list and are assigned to the link creator.
