1 App Overview

Evangelism Bible is a Bible study and ministry relationship management app built for personal evangelists, discipleship workers, and church outreach teams. It combines a full offline Bible library with a powerful contact pipeline and team collaboration tools — everything you need to track your outreach and grow your ministry.

What can I do with Evangelism Bible?

Guest Mode

You can use the Bible reader and evangelize tools without creating an account by choosing Continue as Guest on the login screen. Guest mode gives you full access to the Bible and gospel tools. To save contacts, sync data, or join a team, you will need to sign up for a free account.

Offline first: The Bible and your contacts are stored on your device. You can use the core features without an internet connection. Sync to the cloud keeps your data backed up and available on all your devices.

2 Bible Study

The Bible tab gives you full, offline access to 13 translations. Tap any book and chapter to start reading.

Available Translations

The app includes 13 translations across 7 languages, all stored offline on your device:

Reading Features

Red Letter Text

Words spoken by Jesus in the New Testament and directly by God in the Old Testament are displayed in red when this feature is enabled. To turn it on, tap the Aa (display settings) button in the Bible reader toolbar, then toggle Red Letter. Red letter data covers all four Gospels, Acts, Revelation, and the major prophetic books of the Old Testament.

Audio Bible

Tap the headphones icon in the Bible reader toolbar to listen to the current chapter read aloud using text-to-speech. Playback highlights each verse as it is read. You can pause, resume, and skip to any verse by tapping it during playback. Audio Bible works with all 13 translations in any language.

Display Settings

Tap the Aa button to adjust the reading experience:

Changing Translation or App Language

Go to Profile → Settings to change your Bible translation or app language. The app supports English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Persian, and Arabic — with full right-to-left layout for Persian and Arabic.

3 Reading Plans

Reading Plans give you a structured, day-by-day schedule to work through books or themes of the Bible. Access them from the Bible tab → Reading Plans.

Available Plans

The app includes several built-in plans:

Tracking Progress

Each plan shows your daily reading assignment. Tap Mark Done after completing a reading to advance your progress. A streak counter tracks how many consecutive days you have completed. If you fall behind, you can restart the plan from the beginning at any time.

Tip: Use Reading Plans alongside your personal Bible reading to stay accountable. Your progress is saved to your account and syncs across devices.

4 Evangelize

The Evangelize tab provides tools to help you share the gospel confidently in any conversation.

Gospel Presentations

Step-by-step guides walk you through proven gospel presentation methods — from the Roman Road to the Bridge Illustration. Each guide is organized into clear steps with the Scripture references you need.

Objection Handling

A searchable reference library of common objections to the faith, each with thoughtful, Scripture-based responses. Use these as preparation before outreach or as a quick reference in conversation.

Testimony Builder

Craft and save your personal testimony using a guided three-part structure: your life before Christ, how you came to faith, and how your life has changed. A clear, concise testimony is one of the most powerful tools in evangelism.

Verse Categories

A curated collection of verses organized by topic — salvation, faith, grace, fear, and more. Long-press any verse to copy it or share it directly from within the app.

Salvation Prayer

A collection of salvation prayer resources you can guide someone through when they are ready to make a decision for Christ.

5 Contacts (Ministry CRM)

The Contacts tab is your personal ministry relationship manager — a private list of the people you are sharing the gospel with.

Adding a Contact

Tap the + button to create a new contact. Enter their name and any contact details you have. You can also assign them to a discipleship phase, add tags, and write initial notes.

Contact Details

Each contact record includes:

Interaction Logging

Tap Log Interaction on any contact to record a visit, phone call, prayer, text, or other encounter. Add the date, a type, and any notes. Your interaction history is displayed chronologically on the contact's profile.

Follow-up Templates

Save reusable message templates for common follow-up situations — a post-visit check-in, a prayer follow-up, or a meeting invitation. Access templates from the Evangelize tab or directly from a contact's profile when logging an interaction. Tap the copy icon on any template to copy the message text to your clipboard for quick pasting into any messaging app.

Contact Groups

Organize your contacts into named groups such as "Bible Study," "New Believers," or "Prayer Partners." Groups make it easy to filter your contacts list and identify clusters of people at similar stages. To create a group, go to Contacts → Groups and tap +.

Contact Limits by Plan

6 Reminders & Notifications

Reminders help you stay consistent with your evangelism habits and never forget to follow up with a contact.

Daily Reading Reminder

Set a daily notification to prompt your Bible reading at a time that works for your schedule. Go to Profile → Settings → Daily Reminder to choose a time or pick a custom date and time. You can disable the reminder at any time.

Contact Follow-up Reminders

On any contact's profile, tap Set Reminder to schedule a follow-up notification for a specific date and time. When the reminder fires, tapping the notification takes you directly to that contact's profile. You can edit or delete a follow-up reminder from the contact's profile at any time.

Permissions: The app will ask for notification permission the first time you set a reminder. If you previously denied permission, go to your device Settings → Notifications to enable it for Evangelism Bible.

7 Prayer Board

The Prayer Board is your personal list of active prayer requests — for your contacts, your ministry, and anything else on your heart.

Adding a Prayer Request

Tap + on the Prayer Board to add a new request. You can write a free-form note, optionally link it to one of your contacts, and set a category. Requests are displayed in the order you added them.

Marking Prayers Answered

When a prayer is answered, swipe the request or tap the checkmark to mark it as answered. Answered prayers are archived so you can look back and see how God has moved.

Team Prayer Board

On the Team plan, your organization has a shared Prayer Board visible to all members. Team prayer requests are separate from your personal prayer list and allow the whole team to pray together for shared needs.

8 Discipleship Pipeline

The Pipeline tab shows all your contacts organized by their current discipleship phase, giving you a visual overview of your entire outreach at a glance.

Discipleship Phases

Contacts move through the following stages:

  1. New Contact — Just met or recently connected
  2. Confessed Christ — Actively sharing the gospel; showing interest
  3. Follow-Up — Ongoing relationship and discipleship conversations
  4. Attending — Regularly attending church or a Bible study
  5. Established — Grounded in faith and fully active in the community

Moving a Contact Through the Pipeline

Open any contact and tap the phase selector at the top to advance them to the next stage. The Pipeline board will update instantly to reflect the change.

Milestones

Beyond pipeline phases, you can mark additional spiritual milestones on any contact: Born Again, Water Baptism, Spirit Baptism, and Evangelizing. These can be enabled or disabled in Settings to match your ministry's theology and language.

9 GAIN Goals

GAIN stands for Gospel conversations, Attendance invitations, Interactions, and New contacts — the four core activities of personal evangelism outreach.

Setting Your Weekly Goals

Go to your Profile tab and tap the GAIN Goals section. Set a target number for each activity that you want to accomplish each week. Your progress is tracked automatically based on your logged interactions and new contacts added.

Tracking Progress

Your GAIN dashboard shows this week's progress against your goals with a visual progress bar for each category. Hitting your goals each week is one of the most effective habits you can build as an evangelist.

Tip: Start with small, achievable goals — even one gospel conversation per week is a meaningful target. You can always raise the bar as you build the habit.

10 Quick Add Links

Quick Add Links let you create a shareable QR code or URL for an outreach event. When someone scans the code or taps the link, they are taken to a simple form where they can submit their name and contact details — which then appear directly in your contacts list.

Creating a Link

Go to Contacts → Quick Add Links (or find it in the Evangelize tab) and tap Create New Link. Give the link a name (such as the event name), and a unique URL and QR code are generated instantly.

Using the Link

Share the QR code on a printed flyer, project it on a screen at your event, or send the URL by text or email. Anyone who submits the form is automatically added to your contact list as a new contact in the New Contact pipeline phase.

Team plan: When used inside an organization, new contacts from Quick Add Links are added to the shared team contact list and assigned to the link creator.

11 Data Export

You can export your ministry data as CSV files for backup, reporting, or use in spreadsheet applications like Excel or Google Sheets.

What Can Be Exported

How to Export

Go to Profile → Data Export. Tap the export button next to the data set you want to download. The CSV file is saved to your device and can be opened or shared immediately.

Permissions: Only organization Founders, Admins, and Leaders can export team contact data. Regular Members and Viewers do not have access to the export screen for team data.

12 Teams & Organizations

The Team plan unlocks full organization features, allowing your church or ministry group to collaborate on outreach together.

Creating an Organization

Go to Profile → Organizations and tap Create Organization. Give your ministry a name and choose whether it is a Church, Small Group, Outreach Team, or other type.

Inviting Members

Inside your organization's settings, tap Invite Member and enter the person's email address. They will receive an invitation they can accept from their Profile tab. You can assign them a role at the time of invitation or change it later.

Shared Contacts

Organization contacts are separate from your personal contacts and are visible to all members according to their role permissions. Contacts can be assigned to specific team members for follow-up.

Team Messaging

Use the team chat and direct messages to coordinate with your ministry team, share prayer requests, and report on outreach activity — all within the app.

Managing Your Organization

Note: Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be undone. All shared contacts, messages, and member data within the organization will be removed.
