1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the operators of Evangelism Bible ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Evangelism Bible mobile application, website at evangelismbible.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the App, or accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including guests, free-tier users, paid subscribers, team members, and organization administrators.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will promptly delete that information.

3 Description of Service

Evangelism Bible is a Bible study and ministry relationship management application designed to support personal evangelism, discipleship, and church outreach. The Service includes:

Bible Reading & Study

• Full offline access to seven public-domain Bible translations: King James Version (KJV), World English Bible (WEB), American Standard Version (ASV), Bible in Basic English (BBE), Young's Literal Translation (YLT), Darby Translation, and Douay-Rheims American (DRA)
• Chapter-by-chapter navigation, verse bookmarking, highlighting, and personal notes
• Cross-translation comparison and full-text search
• Bible reading plans and progress tracking

Ministry CRM

• Contact management for tracking individuals you are ministering to
• Discipleship pipeline with milestone stages from first contact through baptism
• Interaction logging — recording visits, calls, prayers, and conversations
• Ministry statistics and outreach reporting

Evangelism Tools

• Step-by-step gospel presentation guides
• Objection-handling reference library
• Testimony builder and salvation prayer resources

Team & Organization Features

• Organization creation and member management
• Shared contact pipelines and team messaging
• Role-based access controls for churches and ministry groups

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

4 User Accounts

Guest Access

You may read the Bible and access core study features without creating an account. An account is required to use cloud sync, contacts, the discipleship pipeline, team features, and any subscription benefits.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may register using an email address and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You must keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying us immediately at support@evangelismbible.com upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

One Account Per Person

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to access the Service under your account. Churches and ministry organizations should use Team and Organization features to provide appropriate access to multiple members.

5 Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier

All core Bible reading features, seven full Bible translations, up to 20 ministry contacts, the full discipleship pipeline, and core evangelism tools are available at no cost. No credit card is required for the free tier. Free features remain free — we will not retroactively charge for features that were previously offered at no cost without clear advance notice.

Paid Subscriptions

Personal and Enterprise subscription plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles and unlock unlimited contacts, advanced team features, priority support, and additional tools. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

Billing Platforms

Subscription fees are processed through the platform on which you purchase:

• Apple App Store — for in-app purchases on iOS and iPadOS devices. Your purchase is governed by Apple's terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Google Play Store — for in-app purchases on Android devices. Your purchase is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Stripe (Web) — for purchases made through our website. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

Auto-Renewal

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we raise prices for your existing plan, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App (iOS/Android) or through the Service settings on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not issue partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google must be directed to those platforms in accordance with their refund policies. For purchases made through Stripe on our website, please contact us at support@evangelismbible.com within 7 days of purchase for billing issues.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged at the applicable rate.

6 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Evangelism Bible App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial ministry and study purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
• Copy, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.

Bible translation texts included in the App are in the public domain. You are free to quote, share, and distribute Scripture from these translations without restriction, subject to any attribution norms of each translation community.

7 Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including contact records, interaction notes, prayer requests, Bible highlights, and personal annotations ("Your Content").

By choosing to sync Your Content to our cloud servers, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account (subject to reasonable retention periods described in our Privacy Policy).

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights necessary to create, use, and sync the content you submit;
• Your Content does not violate any law or these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will never use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

8 Ministry Contact Data

When you store information about other individuals in the App, you represent that:

• You have a legitimate ministry relationship with each person and a lawful basis to record their information;
• You will handle that information with care, discretion, and respect for each person's dignity;
• You will honor any request from an individual to remove their information from your records;
• You will comply with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including (where applicable) GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA.

We provide the tools; you are the data controller for the ministry contact records you create. We process that data on your behalf as a data processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9 Teams & Organizations

Enterprise subscribers may create ministry organizations and invite other users as team members. As an organization administrator, you accept responsibility for:

• Inviting only individuals who have agreed to these Terms;
• Configuring roles and permissions appropriately to limit access to sensitive contact data;
• Ensuring all members of your organization use the Service in compliance with these Terms;
• Promptly revoking access for individuals who leave your organization;
• Any actions taken by members within your organization workspace.

Team messaging, shared contacts, and collaborative pipeline features are intended exclusively for ministry collaboration within your organization and must not be used to communicate commercial solicitations or unrelated content.

Administrators may remove members, delete shared contacts, or close an organization at any time. Removal of a member from an organization does not delete that member's personal account or their own individually-created data.

10 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Evangelism Bible only for lawful purposes consistent with your personal ministry, church work, and Bible study. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any person;
• Store contact information about any individual who has explicitly asked you not to;
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through team messaging features;
• Impersonate any person, entity, or ministry organization;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security measures;
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful code;
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
• Reproduce or distribute Bible content in ways that misrepresent the source translation;
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.

11 Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Evangelism Bible application, website, logos, design, user interface, features, and all content we create (excluding Bible texts and Your Content) are the exclusive property of Evangelism Bible and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible Translations

All seven Bible translations available in the App — KJV, WEB, ASV, BBE, YLT, Darby, and DRA — are in the public domain. We make no copyright claim over Scripture texts.

Trademarks

"Evangelism Bible" and associated logos are trademarks of the Service operators. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@evangelismbible.com with: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; and (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

12 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with us.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

13 Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components;
• Any defects or errors will be corrected;
• Data stored in the Service will never be lost or corrupted;
• The Service will meet your specific ministry requirements.

Not Theological Advice. Gospel outlines, evangelism guides, discipleship resources, and study tools provided in the App are for informational and ministry support purposes only. They do not constitute theological counsel, pastoral advice, or professional guidance of any kind. You should always seek guidance from qualified church leadership, pastors, or theologians for important spiritual decisions.

Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services we integrate with, including Apple, Google, Stripe, and Resend.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Evangelism Bible, its operators, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or ministry opportunity;
• Cost of substitute services;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evangelism Bible and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service in violation of these Terms;
• Your Content or ministry contact data that infringes any right of a third party or violates any law;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Any dispute between you and another user or a third-party individual whose information you stored in the App.

16 Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time through the App Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cancelling your subscription is separate from deleting your account; see Section 5 for cancellation instructions.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We receive credible reports of harmful, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• We are required to do so by law or court order;
• We determine that continued access would harm other users or the integrity of the Service.

For less serious violations, we will endeavor to provide a warning and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17 — will continue in full force.

17 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@evangelismbible.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exception

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitrate all other disputes.

Severability of Arbitration Clause

If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be severed and proceed in court; all other claims will remain subject to arbitration.

18 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms at evangelismbible.com/terms with a new effective date;
• Display an in-app notice; and/or
• Send an email notification to your registered address for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

For your reference, the history of changes is indicated by the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page.
